Death In Shetland Waters

Cass Lynch abandons her largely solitary life when she is given the position of third officer aboard the Norwegian sail-training ship, Sorlandet. With many trainees on board helping the crew compete in the Tall Ships race from Norway to Ireland, Cass is glad to be heading out to sea. An unnerving early morning encounter leads her to have suspicions of a stowaway aboard - yet a police search finds nobly, and makes Cass unpopular with the captain. Then, as they reach Shetland waters, one of the trainees goes missing...

As tensions mount and tempers flare among the crew, Cass finds that more than one person is a guarding a secret. When faced  with violence in a beautiful but extremely remote setting, Cass must follow her instincts to navigate the rising tide of mystery and steer the ship to safety.
