Book Subscriptions & Memberships
Subscriptions are set up on a recurring payment basis.
Once you subscribe, we will place a new order on the same day every quarter (or every year in the case of annual memberships).
You will be automatically charged the same amount for each order.
You can easily manage your subscription or cancel it anytime by logging on to your customer account once you have an active subscription or by contacting us.
Cancelling will prevent your next payment from being taken. Any previous payments are non refundable and any books paid for will be delivered.
All subscription offers and discounts include our book stock only and exclude gifts, events and other merchandise in our shop.
All Book Bubble quarterly subscriptions benefit from free Postage & Packaging.
Subscriber Discounts
All active annual member subscribers benefit from:
- Bronze - 5% off all books
- Silver - 10% off all books
- Gold - 15% off all books
All active quarterly subscribers benefit from a 10% discount on all additional book orders in our shop.
Subscriber discounts can be used an unlimited number of times while you remain subscribed. The discount is non-transferrable and does not extend to gifts or events. The discount code will be sent to you once you have placed your subscription order.
Pick Your Own Book Club Subscription
If you opt for our 'Pick Your Own' Book Bubble subscription, please browse our catalogue and use the discount codes which will be emailed to you within 2 working days of your order to make your book selection. Please check your emails carefully including your junk folders.
You can select any books up to the value of £15 for each delivery. If the books you choose are more than £15, you will be charged the difference in price at the checkout but will still benefit from free delivery.
If you select books with a value of less than £15, the credit is not transferable to a subsequent book delivery date.
You have until your subscription renews to choose your books for your delivery. After your subscription renews, if a selection hasn't been made for the previous order, we will choose and dispatch a surprise delivery for you.
Your Book Bubble Subscription package will be shipped within 2 working days of receiving your book choices or your next subscription payment - whichever comes first.
Genre-based Book Bubble Subscriptions
If you choose one of our Surprise Me Book Bubble Subscriptions, e.g 'Thriller Fiction', we will surprise you with carefully chosen books from your chosen genre.
We will dispatch your order within 2 working days of your order date and at quarterly intervals thereafter while your subscription remains active.
If you do not like the titles we send you, or have already read them, we regret we are unable to offer refund or exchange. If you would like to be sure of receiving books you want, we suggest you choose the 'Pick Your Own' option
Book Gift Boxes
All Gift Boxes benefit from free Postage & Packaging, gift wrapping and a bookmark in addition to the book and gift combination you choose when ordering.
If you do not like the titles we send you/your loved one, or have already read them, we regret we are unable to offer refund or exchange. If you would like to be sure of receiving books you want, we suggest you opt to buy from our shop and add individual gifts to your order or choose our 'Pick You Own Book Club Subscription'
